This episode, we say nothing about our recent knitting endeavors, many of which have been Christmas-related and are thus still closely guarded secrets, but we talk to you about drinking, and we take you all around the South on a couple of our Whiskeyknitting adventures.
First up, we visit the Future Farm Enablers of America, Susannah Thomas Johnson, Alison Gaub Waddell, and Pam Avrett, who together own Southern Made, a fiber arts and handmade gift shop in Augusta, Georgia. Also in this episode, Shannan interviews attendees at Allison’s first ever yoga and knitting retreat in the North Carolina mountains.
Just a note – there was a bit of electronic interference in the segment we recorded at Hard Earth Farm, so don’t worry that there’s anything wrong with your podcast player. It passes pretty quickly. We hope you enjoy!
Oh, and because it comes up in the podcast: we leave you with a short clip of Shannan and her little lamb(s)!
